The Council of Equals NPC

The government of Baruun is akin to elected tribal leaders. They are called Advocates and serve for a term of five years, led by the High Advocate.

The Council is made up of:

• Eleonora Obsidian, a female half-elf
• Trix Elodie, a female tiefling
• Malinn Nightseer, a female dwarf
• Mirmath Forenyaval, a male dragonborn

• Stygian Umber, a male halfling
• Thaddeus Talbot, a male gnome
